William C. Paley of La Palina Cigars Interview Excerpt
Great person.
I'm proud my dollars spent on Pepins Cuban classic helped pay for those store bought buties she's showing off.
I love this one. Esos guajiros son una famikia cubana de ka cual uno se siente orgulloso de ser cubano.
That rack tho 😍
My Chicago grandpa smoked 'em and I enjoyed the cigar bands (Goldie was a looker!) as jewelry and the boxes to store treasures.
Ummm…we own…obviously…Jesus learn how to talk
Crap stick if you ask me. One dimensional. Pepper, Cocoa and coffee in the first third. Pepper mellows down at the end of the first third. Cedar comes forward. Cocoa and coffee continues. The final third becomes bitter. That's it. No complexity. Only dark notes without an interesting profile. For the price and profile, there are better cigars.
A true dessert… the perfect way to describe the Mi Amor.
Quick question, my cigars keep exploding after lighting them. The humidity is 60-65% anything higher and they just blow apart and unwrap. Any suggestions?
Who is that woman??
the boss of my father cigars
@@dnlxl I was looking for a name haha, and she ain't the boss. She's speaking for the boss.
Looks like Janny Garcia. Vice President of My Father Cigars
Great stick
People that roll those smokes are paid a couple of bucks a day.
Obviously
This was excellent Michael, thank you!
Cigars Prevent Cancer
not the best sales pitch... guy says "ugh" in every sentence, hard to take him very seriously.
Not one of these cigars comes from Havana. They are all imitations.
You must be new.
He’s got a Toyota for you out back. Special price today only. Also Quesada sis the start Fonseca…it’s a Cuban marca. No originality?
Not a Cuban in site 😩
This store, you are going pay a premium for everything. If you are a cigar store, you should have your own hand rolled cigars, as well.
2020 I have 4 robusto. I just look at them every once in a while
Nice
This is a great conversation.

Anyone interested in DAVIDOFF LIMITED ART EDITION 2017 cigars hit me up
Great store. But please get rid of the used car salesman.
This dude works at the Nat Sherman cigar shop...lol
tried the friggin NUB people and was better than any cigar had and counting now over ten i tried.. the nub.. the harsh nub.. which wasnt even.. davidoff winston churchill churchill size getting that one soon
I’ve tried over 35 cigars from different brands and different parts of the world (Cubans are legal in my country). I love the nubs as well. What makes you prefer the NUB?
@@Viewer-ld5rc ha, I'm reading this now and was lazy sending this post, not the NUB .. I like those, one of few Oliva's I do like but meant a long story about when was starting out 2 years ago saw a davidoff for first time, laying on the ground, a nub as it's called, the discarded end that someone gave up on and we're finished with...I didn't care, I saw davidoff and thought wow that's premium and one of the best brands of cigars, I picked up and noticed was the Winston Churchill and thinking from the circumference later after looking up info was the Churchill size vitola , because was so good and the commenters on it said Churchill size was best.. well I cut off the wrapper, cut of the mouth with my plastic fast food restaurant knife I used then to cut all my cigars, and took the binder and wrapped it with spanish rolling papers.. went to a coffee hour group outdoor setting to mingle and smoke as some of us did . With the coffee and the music started off kindof harsh.. guess the carbon buildup say not to relight cigars.. another story about that I learned, well after about 2 minutes of harsh, it started getting , really , really , yes three really's good .. seriously like heavenly good.. I was just in awe.. cream vanilla nuts spices still a little pepper or retrohale sting but not much, actually when was trying to say to myself what I'm tasting I wasn't even able to describe it , came together almost like one flavor..long story eh .. had that amazing flavor in my nose the rest of the day and that is what got me believing in cigars and funny since bought many davidoffs and sadly most are just decent regular quality cigars, many of these Churchill vitolas and even past release versions of it, nope not yet, next want to visit a Raconteur Toro Winston Churchill and also a new Robusto vitola
@@Viewer-ld5rc what are your experiences with smoking Cubans . I had like one , maybe a couple more that weren't as verifiable, wasn't impressed with verified one a Cohiba talisman 2017, too mild and sadly not much to taste, other was a Bolivar petite corona was good and a cigerillo I found that looked like premium construction and was good enough to think was cuban
Love Rolex & Patek, but fantastic to see some gorgeous diversity
Wow! What a beautiful store!
Yes, that what you are paying for. But America back in day could get a nice decent hand rolled cigar. Now days you pay a premium for Cigars.
Love the displays you walk in there you feel a million bucks
This guy actually sells used BMW's on a small lot in the suburbs.
Your volume is too low.Couldn't understand a word.Waste of time video.
Thank you for the tour. Must visit!
i dont like Rolex model
Pinches chichotas mmm ricas
This guy used to work for Natsherman. I remember him giving the tour of their lounge in NYC
Oh dear. He's wearing three different stripes: tie, shirt and suit. Also, can't pronounce Puro D'Oro. He certainly isn't working in the London shop!
Definitely not!
Indeed not, this guy likely drives a 1994 mazda, buys $10 ties and has his credit card maxed out
Americans are cheesy fair play.
Everyone is saying this guys suit is nice and shit lol where do I freaking start on this. Sleeves way to long on his jacket. Four different designs going on throughout the entire suit. The suit, shirt, tie and pocket chief can't all be different. Flat colored tie and chief would have looked better. But considering he's wearing a gold Rolex he's fucked either way. This dude works at one of the nicest cigars shops in the world but gets his suits tailored at Wal-Mart.
Love my Rolex submarine 5513
i feel like im too poor to go there
buy a cheap suit slick your hair after a shower.. boom your in.. wait.. wait a minute so you dont smell like just out of the shower..
tackiest suit ever
good explanation
His suit is on point!!!
My Father Cigars and La Aroma de Cuba along with Tatujae are among the best cigars in the world. Janny is so nice in person and gorgeous too. Pete Johnson is a lucky man.
